Who I am

I am Caleb Lambert. TechSolved is a new, one-person IT support business based in Katikati, Bay of Plenty. I help people get their technology working properly, without the jargon, and I support businesses anywhere in New Zealand remotely.

I am studying IT, and I have spent years building and tuning computers for friends and family, so I know how to get the best out of a PC. I take backups, passwords and account safety seriously.

Why I started TechSolved

Small businesses often cannot justify a full-time IT person, but a slow computer, dropped Wi-Fi or a broken email setup still costs them time and money. I started TechSolved to give them quick, friendly, fairly priced help, without call-out fees or long contracts.
